Displaying the number or list of attendees on your event page can significantly boost engagement and interest in your event. Potential attendees are often drawn to the social proof that a growing number of participants provides, helping to create excitement and urgency. Whether you're organizing a concert, workshop, or a school reunion, showcasing attendee information is a simple yet effective way to build trust and encourage ticket sales.

This is the default setting: the number or names of the attendees won't be displayed.

Yes, the number of attendees

This option will display the total number of attendees (number of tickets sold) and the number of those interested (number of page visitors who didn't purchase a ticket).

Yes, the number of attendees and their names

This option will display the total number of attendees (tickets sold) along with a "View List" link. Clicking the link will reveal the full list of attendees' names. For privacy, only the first letter of attendees' last names will be displayed (eg. Clark K. instead of Clark Kent).
