🎟 Where are my tickets?

Once you completed your order, you should have received two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation Email
    This email is crucial as it contains your tickets. Your tickets will be attached as PDFs, each with a unique QR code. These QR codes will be scanned by the event organizer when you check in on the day of the event.

  2. Order Receipt Email
    This email serves as a confirmation of your payment and contains the details of your purchase. However, it does not include your tickets.

I can't find both

In this case, there’s a high chance that a typo occurred in your email address. Please contact the event organizer, who can correct the email and resend the order confirmation.

I got the receipt but I can't find the order confirmation email

If you received only the order receipt email, follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam folder
    Sometimes, emails might end up in your spam or junk folder.

  2. Still can’t find It?
    If the email isn't in your spam folder, please contact us atΒ hello@tixtree.com between 07:00 AM and 12:00 AM UTC

    When you do, make sure to:Β 
    • use the same email address you used to make the purchase
    • provide us the order code
    • provide us the last 4 digits of the card used to place the order

We’ll ensure you get your tickets as quickly as possible.
