🏷️ How to make the promo/access code box visible
If you’ve created discount codes, issued a voucher, or protected ticket types with an access code, a box can appear for ticket buyers to enter their code.
By default, the box will only appear when the ticket buyer clicks the "Got a code?" button.
This prevents buyers without a code from getting distracted or abandoning their cart in an attempt to find one online.
This guide will show you how to change the default behavior so that the promo/access code box is always visible to your customers.
