At Tixtree, we believe in supporting organizations that make a positive impact on our beloved planet. That's why we offer a discounted plan for eligible nonprofits and environmental organizations. If your organization is dedicated to preserving our planet, you may qualify for this special pricing.

Who Is Eligible?

Our discounted plan is available to:

  • Registered Nonprofits working on environmental conservation, sustainability, or climate action.
  • Charities officially recognized by a national government.
  • Certified B-Corporations that have a strong environmental focus.

Since we operate globally, eligibility requirements may vary by country. Below are examples of what we typically accept:

United States

✔ 501(c)(3) determination letter from the IRS

✔ Certification from environmental organizations (e.g., 1% for the Planet, Green Business Bureau)

Canada

✔ Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) registration number (e.g., BN 12345 6789 RR0001)

✔ Proof of incorporation as a nonprofit under federal or provincial law (e.g., Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act)

✔ Official certification from B Lab Canada for businesses with an environmental mission

✔ Documentation from groups like 1% for the Planet, Climate Action Network Canada, or Green Economy Canada

United Kingdom

✔ Registered charity number from the Charity Commission

✔ CIC (Community Interest Company) registration for environmental initiatives

✔ B-Corp Certification with a proven environmental mission

European Union

✔ Registration with a national charity regulator (e.g., Italy: ONLUS, France: Association Loi 1901, Germany: Gemeinnützige GmbH)

✔ B-Corp Certification with a proven environmental mission

Australia

✔ Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) registration

New Zealand

✔ Registered charity status with Charities Services in New Zealand

Other Countries

If your organization operates outside these regions, you can still apply! We’ll review equivalent documentation from your country's charity or nonprofit regulatory body.

How to Apply

To request the discounted plan, follow these steps:

1. Gather Your Documents

  • Proof of nonprofit status (e.g., registration certificate, tax-exempt letter)
  • Evidence of environmental work (e.g., website, annual report, certification)

2. Submit Your Request

  • Create your Tixtree account.
  • Send your documents to hello@tixtree.com, making sure to mention your organization name.

3. Wait for Approval

  • Our team will review your submission in 1 business day.
  • If we need additional information, we'll contact you via email.

4. Enjoy Your Discount!

Once approved, the discounted plan will be applied to your account.
