🔄 How to restart the PayPal connection

Typically, PayPal processes your connection request within seconds, though it might occasionally take a couple of minutes.

If your PayPal connection remains pending after 5 minutes, it's likely that the onboarding process failed for some reason.

Following is a simple method for restarting your onboarding process.

Personal Account

Go to Settings > Data & Privacy

Click on "Permissions you've given".

Remove the connection with Tixtree.

At this point, you are ready for restarting the onboarding process on Tixtree.
