Using a 100% discount code allows you to issue a complementary ticket by leveraging on a paid ticket type, making it easier to manage the capacity.

Step 1

Navigate to your event overview.

Step 2

Create a paid ticket type.

Step 3

Create a 100% discount code.

Step 4

Since you're the only one with the discount code, you can now navigate to your event page and issue the complimentary ticket.

Access Code

Using an access code allows you to keep all complimentary tickets under a separate ticket type.

Step 1

Navigate to your event overview.

Create a free ticket type.type, protected by access code.
